Key West Fishing at its best - Ultra Grand Slam

We don't eat Flipper here!

The restarants of the Florida Keys serve some of the best fish available anywhere. Many of our visitors, however, become a bit nervous when they see "Dolphin" on the menu. No, it is not the Flipper type cousin to the porpoise.

We only catch the Dolphin fish, also known as Mahi Mahi or Dorado, not the mammal. Below is a picture of what a Dolphin Fish looks like. It's a really tasty whitefish and a favorite of many visitors to Key West. It sure beats frozen fish sticks! When you are ready to go fishing in Key West for this great filet fish just let Captain Craig know.

There are many species of fish that are great "eating fish" to be caught in the waters of Key West. Captain Craig can tell you about all of them. He knows which ones are likely to be found in certain seasons and where to go for the best shot at catching them so even if you aren't into "sport fishing" and just want to catch a great meal to eat here or to put on ice and send home, Captain Craig is the one to help you make that happen.
